But of course, there are so many to choose from that it can often feel overwhelming. Calgary Hotel Venues

Fairmont Palliser – Crystal Ballroom & Oval Room

With the new renovations from 2023, the Crystal Ballroom & Oval Room at the Fairmont Palliser are unmatched. Modern finishes without loosing the historical details. Malcolm Hotel

Located just outside of Calgary, in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, The Malcolm Hotel is the perfect “almost” destination hotel wedding. The ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows allows the backdrop of the mountains to be seen throughout your evening. Check out our blog here from our elopement on their rooftop.

Westley Hotel & Fonda Fora

A downtown favourite (and a two-for-one venue), The Westley Hotel & Fonda Fora are another favourite for a unique location with the mix of all-included from a hotel & high-end food from a restaurant. We adore Fonda Fora’s unique backdrop, with a centrally located bar, and modern finishes. With an outdoor terrace perfect for cocktail hour, or ceremony. Flores & Pine

With detailed white walls, herringbone floors, and an outdoor terrace & showstopping fireplace, Flores & Pine is one of our favourite restaurants for any event. Weddings, showers, birthdays – the private estate room off the main restaurant is the perfect venue. With quality food & beverage options, and a dedicated event team, we love working with the team at Flores & Pine. The Lake House

The Lake House is a staple in Calgary – hidden in the community of Lake Bonavista – this restaurant overlooks a private lake. The mountain cabin interior is quintessential Calgarian. All the necessary touches for an intimate dinner vibe. Cozy up by the warm fireplace, and enjoy their award winning food. Teatro Restaurant

The only venue on this list that we cannot wait to work at next year! This iconic historical building in Calgary, Teatro Restaurant. The unique layout, beautiful steel doors with endless decor options. Everything about this restaurant screams old money, & class. Looking forward to next summer when we get to transform this space! Check out their sister space – Alforno Cafe. We love this location for an intimate gathering or cocktail reception.

Azuridge Estate

Yes, although this is a hotel, Azuridge Estate Hotel is unique that it allows you to buy out the entire property. It has it all – gardens for your ceremony, hotel rooms with top concierge service, and unique spaces for your reception. Tis once private home turned hotel is the perfect location for you to host all your family & friends who are traveling far and wide to celebrate you.

The Brownstone

The Brownstone – A completely blank canvas for you to create whatever you want. We love this downtown located event venue. With two getting ready suites, a custom built bar, and more than enough space for your ceremony, reception & dance, The Brownstone is one of our favourite unique venues.

Pinebrook Golf Course

One of our favourite golf courses, Pinebrook Golf Course has it all. Newly renovated in 2020, this country club is beautiful! With a ceremony space that can see the mountains, and a well thoughout layout for the dining room, guests will surely enjoy their evening.
